A new Marvel movie trailer for Captain America: Civil War arrived to kick off Thanksgiving Day in 2015. The timing of the release couldn’t be better. Every year millions of Americans endure internal family strife in one form or another during the holiday season. Still, hope springs eternal. Movie fans can’t help feeling that despite the differences their onscreen heroes may have, they’ll emerge a more unified bunch in the end.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier was arguably the best movie produced by Marvel Studios. Elements of intrigue, conspiracy, and daring fueled the fast paced thriller. Captain America: Civil War picks up years later building to a major conflict of interest. Based on the trailer, the stakes are high for all involved questioning allegiances and friendships alike.
Captain America: “Sorry Tony, you know I wouldn’t do this if I had any other choice, but he’s my friend.”
