One of the trickiest parts of assembling a home office is choosing a desk. The choices can be overwhelming. Yet for the most part, the standard desk is a stationary, non-adjustable piece of furniture. Specialized desks do offer customizable options yet they command high prices for the convenience. And you still have to search for a suitable chair. Enter the Edge Desk System.
The Edge Desk strives to alleviate both problems. It’s essentially a chair and desk in one unit. The Edge Desk is adjustable to different heights and angles. It can also be collapsed for easy storage. The desk surface is relatively small but should work well with a laptop. Plus there’s a built in edge around the desk which allows for add-ons for even more space. For small offices or apartments, this would be an ideal space-saving alternative. The Edge Desk system also works for parents seeking an extra desk for themselves or their kids.
I’m curious to try out the Edge Desk System in person. It seems to check off all the boxes I need for a lightweight portable yet highly functional ergonomic work space. Check out the video below for more information.
