Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has brought the hype. As the June 2023 release date looms large, one last trailer just dropped. If fans weren’t already excited, this new preview elevates the stakes.
As several of the previously released trailers have revealed, Miles Morales will play an integral role in maintaining the stability of the multiverse aka Spider-Verse. It will come down to Miles confronting difficult choices. His decision results in direct conflict with Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099), a powerful leader tasked with protecting the multiverse.
The cast includes Shameik Moore (Miles Morales), Hailee Steinfeld (Gwen Stacy), Jake Johnson (Peter. B. Parker), Oscar Isaac (Miguel O’Hara), Issa Rae (Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman), Brian Tyree Henry (Jefferson Davis aka Mile’s Dad), Luna Lauren Velez (Rio Morales aka Mile’s Mom) and more. The movie is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. The story is written by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Dave Callaham.
