The good folks at Toasteroid know we all love toast. And they also know we love Technology. That’s why they’ve launched their Kickstarter to bring the world an app controlled toaster that sears emojis and words on toast. Do we really need this? Probably not. But nearly 1000 people and counting have plunked down their hard earned cash to buy one of these gadgets on Kickstarter.
Projected to start shipping in July 2017, future breakfast conversations may become more elusive than ever. Between browsing smartphones and reading our toast-based messages, we’re not sure if eye contact between fellow human beings will continue to exist. Unless, of course, we run out of toast. Then again, Toasteroid promises to be able to:
- Be your personal Weather Forecaster
- Private Messenger
- Doodle Pad
All of the above will be possible with simple commands from your smartphone and still make the most perfect piece of toast you’ve ever had. Not too shabby. What do you think?
