Battle Cat roars in place of the MGM lion setting the tone for an epic adventure. A new live-action film titled Masters of the Universe is primed to delight current fans and create new ones. Director Travis Knight takes the helm for an all new story about He-Man/Prince Adam of Eternia.
Masters of the Universe features an all-star cast such as Idris Elba (Man-at-Arms/Duncan), Alison Brie (Evil-Lyn), Kristen Wig (Roboto), and Jared Leto (Skeletor) as well as a relative unknown actor, Nicholas Galitzine, as He-Man/Prince Adam of Eternia.
The plot? After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam back to Eternia. He discovers his home nearly destroyed by Skeletor. Adam joins forces with his closest allies, Teela (Camila Mendes) and Duncan/Man-At-Arms, embracing his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe.
Masters of the Universe will land in movie theaters this Summer on June 5, 2026.
