The Apple rumor mill has reached a fever pitch about the latest wearable gadget unofficially dubbed the “iWatch”. Recode’s sources reports Apple will debut the device on September 9th — the same day we might see at least one new iPhone. There’s no proof at this point, hence the the rumor designation, but Recode’s prediction track record history has been solid. Add in the rumor that the new iPhone and “iWatch” work in unison with one another and the prediction becomes more realistic. There are no technical details at this juncture other than the device most likely having fitness and home automation support. We’ll just have to wait for those details when they’re actually announced.
