Poll: Do Work at home Dads Clean?

In my extremely unscientific observation via Twitter, I’ve found that many Work-at-home-Moms find themselves busy enough to justify the hiring of help to keep their homes clean. Yet surprisingly, most Work-at-home-Dads do not have the luxury of hired help. In fact, it’s frowned upon by their significant others. Could this be a double standard? Are men just too proud to admit they need a helping hand? I need some raw data to get a handle on this question.
