If you’re a Batman fan and really, why wouldn’t you be, then you’ve heard of the new The LEGO Batman Movie. In a world where LEGO and Batman co-exist, one wouldn’t necessarily think about pairing the two together. Yet The LEGO Movie proved the dark knight fit in awesomely. Hence, the creation of the solo film aptly titled The LEGO Batman Movie.
Over the past 25 years, there have been numerous incarnations of Batman presented on the big screen. Yet the upcoming version in The Lego Batman Movie may well be the best ever. Featured in The Lego Movie, the Dark Knight, once again played by Will Arnett, now has his own solo LEGO movie debuting in February 2017. Stating we can’t wait would be an understatement.
LEGO has listened to Batman fans. 2016 marks the 50th Anniversary of the beloved 1966 Batman TV series starring Adam West and Burt Ward. On March 1, 2016, LEGO is releasing an elaborate 2500 piece set centered on Batman, the Batcave, his vehicles and mansion.
