Star Wars fans literally span the globe in the hundreds of millions. They represent folks in just about every demographic imaginable. So when May the Fourth rolls around on the calendar, it’s more than a big deal, it’s a bonafide science fiction nerd celebration. Collectively, The Force has been strong in our lives at CuteMonster.com for generations. We thought’d it be fun to share a few ideas to celebrate what’s come to be known as Star Wars Day.

The new Han Solo movie that has die hard Star Wars fans on pins and needles just released a trailer. We have to admit, after the unorthodox direction taken in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, we’ve been nervous. Nostalgia runs deep, generations deep, when it come to all things pertaining to the universe that George Lucas built. Han Solo remains an icon of Science Fiction fans worldwide. Disney has brazenly opted to role the creative dice. Yet, this latest trailer gives us hope, maybe even a new hope. May the force be with you, always.
Harrison Ford Surprises Star Wars Fans
Let’s just put it out there. We love Star Wars and can’t wait to see the new sequel, The Force Awakens, next month on opening day. But watching a video of Harrison Ford surprising a series of unsuspecting Star Wars fans who’ve donated to the previous Star Wars/Omaze charity campaign really delights and inspires.
No More Watching New Star Wars Movie Trailers
Did you see it? The second teaser trailer for the upcoming “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” narrated by Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill)? We wouldn’t go as far as to describe it as life affirming, but it’s darn close for Star Wars fans of all ages. Perhaps the force that’s being awakened is the collective wave of nostalgic memories sparked by the experience of seeing and hearing old friends on the big screen again. Yet we can’t help feeling that viewing any more details of the upcoming movie will exponentially diminish the chance to immerse oneself in this new world.
